Legal Notice & General Terms and Conditions of Use of the allinbox.com website
The purpose of this document is to provide users of the allinbox.com website (hereinafter the "Site") with the legal information required by French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy ("LCEN"), as well as the general terms and conditions of use of the Site.
This document does not govern the use of the All in Box SaaS platform accessible at app.allinbox.com, which is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) signed with the subscribing Client and to the User General Terms and Conditions of Use accepted by each user upon their first login.
PART I — LEGAL NOTICE
1. Site publisher
The Site is published by: SAS ALL IN BOX, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of 2,667.40 euros, whose registered office is located at Parc des Varimonts, 10 avenue de Thionville, 57140 WOIPPY, registered with the Metz Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 838 227 908.

3. Site hosting
The Site is hosted by Webflow, Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of California whose registered office is located at 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States. Webflow, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which governs the transfer of personal data from the European Union to the United States.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is specified that the All in Box SaaS platform, accessible at app.allinbox.com, is hosted separately, under the conditions defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and their Appendix 1.
4. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, this paragraph applies only to relationships entered into with consumers within the meaning of that code. As SAS ALL IN BOX conducts business strictly with professionals (B2B), no consumer mediation scheme has been put in place. For any complaint, users are invited to refer to the procedures set out in the GTCS or to contact All in Box at contact@allinbox.com.
PART II — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
Article 1 — Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Site T&Cs") is to define the conditions under which any person accessing the Site (hereinafter the "User") may consult it and use the features it offers.
Access to and use of the Site imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Site T&Cs. Any User who does not wish to accept them is invited not to access the Site.
Article 2 — Description of the Site
The Site is a presentation and communication website, intended to inform visitors about the products and services offered by SAS ALL IN BOX, to make institutional content available to them (presentation, news, references, educational content) and to enable them to get in touch with All in Box (contact forms, demo requests, newsletter subscription).
The content accessible on the Site is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer or a commitment on the part of All in Box, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Article 3 — Access to the Site
The Site is in principle accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All in Box may nevertheless interrupt access to the Site at any time, without notice or compensation, in particular for reasons of maintenance, technical upgrades, security or force majeure.
The User acknowledges that they have the skills and technical means required to access the Site under satisfactory security conditions and shall bear all costs of access, connection and equipment.
Article 4 — User conduct
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose, these Site T&Cs and the laws and regulations in force. In particular, the User shall refrain from:
- Attempting to access parts of the Site not intended for them, circumventing security measures or engaging in any use likely to compromise its operation;
- Carrying out any scraping, automated harvesting or mass extraction of data from the Site;
- Introducing or attempting to introduce into the Site any virus, malicious code, unauthorised automated script or equivalent tool;
- Using the Site to transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates the rights of third parties;
- Providing false, misleading or usurped information in the forms available on the Site.
Article 5 — Intellectual property
All of the elements making up the Site, in particular its structure, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, databases and software, as well as the trademarks, designs and models appearing on it, are the exclusive property of SAS ALL IN BOX or are subject to a licence for its benefit. They are protected by French and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of SAS ALL IN BOX, is prohibited and constitutes infringement, which may give rise to the civil and criminal liability of its author.
The User is authorised to consult the Site for their personal and private use, and to occasionally print pages of the Site for their own use, provided that they do not modify the content and preserve the copyright notices. Any other use is subject to the prior authorisation of All in Box.
Article 6 — Hyperlinks
The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites. All in Box exercises no control over the content of these sites and declines all liability for their content, availability or the practices implemented by their publishers, in particular with regard to personal data protection.
The creation of a hyperlink pointing to the Site is subject to the prior written authorisation of All in Box. All in Box reserves the right to request at any time the removal of a link that it considers detrimental to its interests or image.
Article 7 — Personal data and cookies
The processing of Users' personal data collected via the Site, as well as the management of cookies and other trackers placed on their device when browsing the Site, are governed by the Privacy and Cookie Management Policy, accessible from the Site.
Article 8 — Liability
All in Box uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy, updating and availability of the information published on the Site. However, this information is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, and All in Box declines all liability as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
All in Box shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the Site, the inability to access it, its use or reliance on the information published on it, except in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on its part.
Article 9 — Amendment of the Site T&Cs
All in Box reserves the right to amend these Site T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the Site is consulted. The User is invited to consult the Site T&Cs regularly.
Article 10 — Governing law — Jurisdiction
These Site T&Cs are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their formation, interpretation or performance, failing amicable resolution, shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Metz (Tribunal de commerce de Metz), subject to the mandatory statutory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.
