How long am I committed for?
All in Box is without commitment for the first 12 months. Beyond that, a 3-month notice period applies.
What tools are included in my subscription?
Regardless of the subscription chosen for your organization, all tools are included in every All in Box subscription. Our solution integrates a comprehensive service and systematically offers all functionalities.
How can I contact someone at All in Box?
Once the general terms and conditions of sale are accepted, a marketing coach is assigned to support each of our clients. They will contact you as soon as your account is created and will be your primary point of contact.
How do I unsubscribe?
By simply sending an email to your coach during the first 12 months. Beyond that, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with a 3-month notice period from the anniversary date.
Is my personal information protected?
All in Box fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and guarantees the protection of your personal information in accordance with European legislation.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Upon cancellation request, the user has one month to indicate to All in Box where and how to process the data. Beyond this period, All in Box will erase the data along with the account.
